The new theatre by MEB Design Architects at Tonbridge School was the last of 3 successive projects to be built and connects through from the Vere Hodge Centre. This facility contains a 350 seat theatre, a studio that will seat 100 as a working maximum as well as rehearsal spaces and generous foyers at ground and first floor levels. The Good Schools Guide said that it was the best school theatre they had seen and would grace any provincial town. It has an orchestra pit, offices for staff, storage, dressing rooms and a green room. The auditorium of the main theatre has generous leg room and is fan shaped which has proved popular with actors as well as those in the audience.
