MEB Design Architects were appointed by Shrewsbury Lodge School following the amalgamation of a junior and senior school, MEB were tasked with creating a glazed atrium space which would sit in the centre of the teaching areas in the junior school. The work comprised the demolition of the existing storey teaching wing, which was replaced with improved classroom accommodation, music room, library and ancillary facilities. Working within the constraits of a tight urban site.
