Development of land and buildings within the grounds of a All Saints’ Woodford Wells, a listed church, situated in a conservation area. The proposed scheme comprises a new link structure between the church and hall, to form a common entrance and concourse. Alterations to the existing hall created a new first floor administration area. A two storey teaching block attached to the hall will contain, five teaching rooms, crèche and kitchen facilities.
