London City Mission asked MEB Design Architects to redevelop a corner site in Berdmonsey (London) and replace existing accommodation with a community centre at entrance level and residential accommodation above – some for staff and some to let.  The lower ground floor provides the community facilities, and 16 flats on 4 floors were constructed above.
