Refurbishment of an existing office building to create the new headquarters for the Church Mission Society. Work included the demolition of the existing central core to make way for a new glazed atrium entrance, concourse and rear cafe extension. Other work included new meeting rooms, conference room and a prayer room along with improvements to the acoustic environment in the new office space. The new reception and cafe are naturally ventilated with electrically operated openable windows.

The building achieved a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM Rating and was completed in April 2007 with a Contract Value of £1.5million.
