Malvern Community Hub – On Site
We are very pleased to have assisted off-site construction specialists Modulek to obtain planning permission for the new Community Hub building in Malvern. This project will provide accessible offices for Malvern Town Council, a large space for community use, and a welcoming café, and is sited in a busy park right in the centre of the town, on the site of a dilapidated sports pavilion. The site works began in February and are expected to be completed in mid-June.
This is one of a number of projects all over the country which we have worked to obtain planning permission, on behalf of Modulek Ltd.
